Papermaking
Polyacrylamide is widely used as retention aid, drainage aid and dispersant in paper industry. It can improve the quality of paper, reduce the consumption of raw materials and environmental pollution. The effect of application in papermaking depends on its average relative molecular weight, ionic properties and ionic strength.
Cationic retention and drainage aid
Cationic
retention and drainage aid can improve the retention of fibers, fillers, fine
fibers and other chemicals, bring clean and stable wet chemical environment. It
can save the consumption of pulp and various chemicals, reduce production
costs, improve paper quality and production efficiency. A good retention and
drainage aid is a prerequisite and necessary factor to ensure the smooth
operation of the paper machine and better paper quality. The product of PC8120P with high molecular weight and
suitable charge density has good retention and drainage aid effect under wide
range of PH (4-10).
Dosage:
100-200ppm/ ton paper
Adding
point: as close as possible to the front box of paper machine net on the
premise of ensuring uniform mixing with pulp.

Dispersant
The
addition of polyacrylamide dispersant in papermaking process can effectively
prevent the agglomeration of fibers and improve the uniformity of paper. The product
of PA826P can be dissolved in 60 minutes. It can effectively promote the
dispersion of fibers improve the uniformity of pulp and enhance the strength
paper forming. It is suitable for various toilet paper, napkins, tissues, and
other thin paper.

Dry strength agent
Dry strength agent is a special cationic PAM
for papermaking. It is widely used in kraft paper, corrugated paper and
specialty paper. It can enhance hydrogen bonding between fibers so that it can
effectively improve dry strength property and physical properties of paper.

Storage:
This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and
freezing. Temperature should below 25℃.
