2. General info
The surface sizing agent is a new generation of styrene ester copolymerization product, which can effectively combine with starch and make starch coating with good crosslinking strength and hydrophobicity. In general, the surface sizing agent has the following advantages:
(1). Improve the printing performance and physical strength of paper and paperboard.
(2). The paper surface strength or water resistance can be improved by selecting different kinds of surface sizing agents.
(3). The difference between two sides of paper can be reduced by surface sizing.
(4). Not affected by the water quality and temperature of paper making, the sizing effect is relatively stable.
(5). Good retention effect and low cost of sizing.
(6). It can be used at the same time with internal sizing to make up for some defects of internal sizing.
3. Application
T8030 surface sizing agent can effectively combine with starch, and make starch coating with good crosslinking strength and hydrophobicity. The product has the characteristics of small addition, low cost and convenient use. The film-forming property of the product is excellent, which can significantly improve the water resistance and ring compression strength of box board paper and corrugated paper.
4. Packaging and storing
Packing: 200kg OR 1000kg plastic drums.
Storing: This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and freezing. Temperature should below 30℃.
