2. General info
TC7830 is a fatty alcohol antifoam, which is suitable at 25℃-40℃. This product can quickly remove arising foam from wheat straw, straw, reed, waste paper, and other surfactants in paper making industry. It is durable, non-toxic and odourless, and has no late pollution. It can effectively restrain pulp overflow and improve paper quality.
3. Application
1. TC7830 is a mixture and it is a thermodynamically unstable system. It is a normal phenomenon that layering or a little precipitation occurs after standing for a long time. The product should not be placed openly, otherwise it may skin and cake, leading to the increase of product viscosity and affecting the stability of pumping. It is suggested that the user should stir slightly before using (stirring speed is 30 rpm-60 rpm), which does not affect the using effect.
2. TC7830 can be diluted directly with water if it is used directly on-line.
3. Foam is prone to occur in the case of shear force, so it is recommended to pump directly or intermittently in the process of using, and the adding points should be chosen the place where the antifoam agent is easy to disperse.
4. Packaging and storing
Packing: 25 kg, 200kg OR 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and freezing. Temperature should be10℃-30℃.
