2. General info
TS7830 is a silicone emulsion product with fast defoaming speed. It is recommended for pulp making and sewage treatment. It is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silicon resin, silica, dispersing agent, and stabilizing agent.
TS7830 have the advantages of:
(1). Stable effects in strong alkaline (pH 10.0-14.0) and moderate-high temperature ( 60℃-90℃).
(2). Has good compatibility.
3. Application
(1). Antifoam can be diluted with thickening water. In the process of dilution, the speed of stirring is between 30 to 60 rpm and the time of stirring is recommended for no more than 10 minutes.
(2). It is suggested that the product is added in a place where the antifoam can disperse easily.
(3). Please request the company’s customer service department for the specific dilution method. The company accepts no responsibility for any loss which may be incurred by the customer as a result of incorrect usage
4. Packaging and storing
Packing: 200kg OR 1000kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in the drying room. Avoid light, sun and freezing. Temperature should be 5℃-40℃.
